Lisa Randolph is vice-president of Operations and Marketing for Art for Earth. She is a graduate of Texas Massage Institute(formerly Wellness Skills Massage Institute) in Dallas, Texas where she is currently on staff as the instructor of Business Practices and Ethics. She is the owner of "AGAPE Massage Therapy", which was established in May of 1995. She is also president/owner of "Carpe Diem Strategies" which specializes in goal setting, strategic planning, business plan writing, time management, and dream coaching for businesses and individuals. Ms. Randolph holds a BA in Advertising & Marketing from the University of Oklahoma, and an Associates Degree in Hotel Management from Demarge College in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She worked for The Marriott and Omni Hotel Corporations for eight years, as a sales/marketing manager, before venturing out on her own as an entrepreneur and successful business owner. Her personal mission in life is "to assist others in recognizing their true greatness, and to help them realize they can achieve any goal, vision, or life dream desired by applying the 4-P Principle: Passion, Prayer, Planning, and Perseverance".
